Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with NuvoGear. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 5–18 business days of purchase. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after you receive it.
Multiple Items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 18 business days, contact us at nuvogear@proton.me and we’ll help track it down with the carrier. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 3 days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives broken, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. Claims are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, your order may already be processing and can’t be changed or canceled.
